Lutefisk is some of the best traditional food you will find in Norway. Deliciously cooked fish, with lots of flavor and wonderful accessories.
The fish is prepared by soaking in running, cold water, mixed with lye. This must be allowed to settle for a while, before it is ready for the oven.
Lutefisk has been a traditional food for many generations, and we carry on the tradition. Production of lutefisk with us is mostly for our own use, but it is easy to do yourself.
